MUSCAT Competence HR, experts in human resource development in Oman, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Sultan School Alumni Association (TSSAA) to be the association’s designated recruitment partner. 

Under the agreement, Competence HR will function in the capacity of training mentor and human resource developer to give members of the TSSAA the full benefit of its expertise and experience in the field.

Amer Al Fadhil, managing director, Competence HR said “We are happy to be associated with TSSAA as their recruitment partner. The Sultan’s School has established itself as a world-class academic institution. This will truly be mutually beneficial for both parties.”

“This MoU forms part of our constant goals to seek, identify and groom the future leaders of Oman. As the TSSAA’s recruitment partner, we will be constantly in touch with students and graduates to initiate training and HR development programmes that will render them job-ready and competent for the current market requirements.”

Raed Dawood, chairman of TSSAA said: “This partnership will give the TSSAA direct access to the company’s expertise and knowledge to ensure that our members stand a good chance of finding employment opportunity.”
