With over 7 years’ of cross functional experience in, Training and Development, General Administration, Co-ordination and Operations Experience in managing HR/ training activities. Directs, manages and stewards all short term training related to the industry requirements. Assesses the effectiveness of programmes and provides leadership for continuous improvement in the design, development of programmes to ensure that they fully meet the needs and job requirements of the different clients. In the past, she has worked for an Omanisation trainings project for the Sohar Aluminium, Bechtel and Oman Refinery company.
Currently working with companies across various sectors including service industry, telecommunication, construction, manufacturing, power sector and oil & gas to full fill their training needs and arranging the customized programmes as per the clients requirements.
- Involved in designing training programmes and planning the training programme calendar for the year.
- Sourcing of external trainers for conducting the trainings
- Manage Client relations including customized programmes .
- Manage the sales and Single handedly conceptualized, planned, executed seminars and programmes

- Handling administrative tasks including facility management, office administration, fund management, price negotiation and logistics Management
